4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but actual times may vary due to third-party logistics, local disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support via email or WhatsApp on +91 9591818959. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

To initiate a return, please email - info@billiondollarclub.org within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, leakage, or broken product) for verification.

Once approved we will initiate the return pickup at our own cost.
Return eligibility must be confirmed before any return instructions are issued.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 

6. Trademark & Intellectual Property

Billion Dollar Club is a registered trademark since 2014, owned by Mr. G. Bhatia, Director of Nexdo Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
Any unauthorized use of this mark without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 
All branding, content, product packaging, images, and logos displayed on this site are the property of Nexdo Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian and international IP laws.
