1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 10 business days depending on courier reach

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods such as holidays, new product launches, or sale events.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this to check real-time delivery status.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather disruptions
  • National or local holidays
  • Courier network issues
  • Natural disasters or lockdowns

We appreciate your patience and assure you we’ll do everything possible to deliver your order promptly.

 

7. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

We will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Repeated refusals may result in suspension of future orders.

9. Authority to Leave

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may leave the parcel with a neighbour, building security, or at your doorstep (if deemed safe).
By placing an order, you authorize such actions to ensure successful delivery.

 

10. Multiple Attempt Policy

Our delivery partners typically make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.

 

11. Returns

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our cosmetic products. However, we will accept returns in cases where the item arrives incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective.

To initiate a return, please email - info@billiondollarclub.org within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, leakage, or broken product) for verification.

Once approved we will initiate the return pickup at our own cost.
Return eligibility must be confirmed before any return instructions are issued.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
